What is Project NOAH by DOST PAGASA
NOAH stands for Nationwide Operational Assessment of Hazards. PAGASA DOST launched an online tool for everyone in the Philippines to help us in preparation during rainy season. Doppler radars were installed in the following areas Baguio, Subic, Tagaytay, Cebu and Hinatuan. In Real Time a visitor can see the amount of rain thats going to pour on the said areas, visitors can see the weather outlook within the vicinity where the radars are.
A flood map is also there indicating the agency's flood prone areas in manila and how would they look like from an areal point of view.
